Elf - Matte Putty Primer

Elf - Matte Putty Primer is a face primer in the Face category. The title confirms the Matte Putty Primer identity, while the product data confirms the Elf brand and SKU. Why It Stands Out This SKU is a primer, so it belongs before foundation, concealer, powder, or other complexion products. The matte putty naming makes it more specific than a hydrating mist, liquid illuminator, or setting spray. For buyers comparing base-prep products, the product title gives a clear finish direction without needing unsupported wear-time claims. Best For Best for makeup users who want an Elf primer and prefer a matte-leaning prep step before applying complexion products. How to Use Apply a thin layer to clean, moisturised skin before makeup. Let it settle briefly, then apply foundation or other base products over the top. Benefits Primer category confirms the routine placement. Matte finish is named in the product title. Putty format separates it from sprays and liquid primers. Useful for base makeup preparation. Good to Know No pore-erasing, all-day, or skin-type claims are added because the batch only confirms the title, brand, category, and SKU.
